How To Make It

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through; set aside.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli and pepper 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Return chicken, add ginger, garlic and soy sauce; toss 1 minute. Serve over brown rice.
